The residential park is situated in the west of the university city Freiberg/Saxony, in a quiet, park-like site with old tree population and in direct surrounding to the university sports center. In total the residential park offers 408 apartments in 51 cottages. Die optimal traffic situation at the border of the city allows a fast connection to the city center as well as the university wherefore the location of the residential park is perfectly suitable for students, apprentices, companies and commuters.

All objects are free of commission and can be rented by an all-in rent including heating in different types (completely furnished, with kitchen or unfurnished). All apartements have a balcony or terrace. As of now we also offer holiday or guest apartments for short-term rental.

   Further extras: Facility management service, local administration office, launderette, WLAN, barbecue area, beach volleyball court, two outdoor ping-pong tables, bicycle room, parking spaces etc.
